Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or major holidays.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of the package and the destination zip code. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete before submitting your order. Incomplete or incorrect addresses may result in delays or lost shipments.
Shipping Restrictions
Happy Bobs does not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24-48 hours to become active on the carrier’s website.
Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur. UPS does not deliver on Sundays.
If your order arrives with visible damage, please contact us at hellohappybobs@gmail.com within three days of receipt to arrange a replacement. Please retain all original packaging and damaged items.
Refunds will not be issued for items damaged during shipping; only replacement orders will be provided.
Return & Exchange Policy
Returns
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for products purchased through our website. However, in certain circumstances, we may consider issuing store credit at our discretion. If you wish to inquire about potential credit, please contact our customer service team within 3 days of receiving your order.
Exchanges
